Terms Of Service

THIS DOCUMENT DESCRIBES A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU ("THE CUSTOMER") AND NOMISTAKE PROJECT. YOU MUST READ IT BEFORE DOWNLOADING, PURCHASING OR USING NOMISTAKE SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING AND/OR USING THE NOMISTAKE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE THE NOMISTAKE SOFTWARE.

  • User - The Customer
  • NMP - NoMistake Project (service provider)
  • NMS - NoMistake Software (the software product)

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

NMS AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NMP AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO NMS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL NMP OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GAME ITEMS OR ANY OTHER LOSS TO ANY ONLINE GAMING ACCOUNTS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE NMS OR IT'S SERVICES, EVEN IF NMP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

1. PURCHASING

The User is obliged to read our Refund Policy. Once the User has purchased the software subscription they may use it until the expiration date if no violations have been made. NMP will not recover subscription time lost due to maintenance or hardware/software failure related to NMS backend. Payments are only accepted through the official NoMistake Project website.

2. USAGE RULES

The User is permitted to:

  • Download purchased software to their own PC.
  • Reset their HWID via the website in the event of a hardware upgrade.
  • Make promotional media content related to NoMistake Project.

The User is NOT permitted to:

  • Distribute or resell their account/software to third parties.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.
  • Run the software in sandboxes or virtual machines.
  • Perform any malicious activities (DDoS, spoofing) against NMP infrastructure.
  • Perform unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.

3. SUPPORT

Users get free support and updates until their license expires. Support requests must be submitted only via the official feedback form. NMP reserves the right to reject requests that lack detail, contain unprofessional behavior, or involve issues caused by third-party software conflict.

4. VIOLATIONS AND TERMINATION

Any violation of the rules stated in this document or attempts to harm the project will result in immediate consequences. NMP reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the User's NoMistake account without prior notice and without a refund. Furthermore, hardware ID (HWID) blacklisting may be applied to prevent any further access to NoMistake Project services.
