NoMistake

1) DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Since NoMistake Software (NMS) is a digital product and provides an immediate access to the service upon payment, all sales are final. Once the software license is activated or the executable is downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2) NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

NMP will not provide a refund if:

• The User is banned in-game by any anti-cheat system or manual moderation.
• The User no longer wants to use the software.
• The User's computer does not meet the technical requirements or has software conflicts.
• The User claims they "purchased by mistake".
• The software is temporarily offline due to maintenance or update process.

3) CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Any attempt to perform an unauthorized chargeback or opening a dispute through payment processors will result in:

• Immediate and permanent termination of the User's NoMistake account.
• Hardware ID (HWID) blacklisting from all current and future NMP services.
• Reporting the incident to the payment processor as a fraudulent attempt.

4) EXCEPTIONS

A refund may only be considered if the User has a technical issue that our support team cannot solve within a reasonable timeframe, and only if the User has provided full cooperation (screenshots, logs, remote access if needed). The final decision on such rare exceptions rests solely with the NMP administration.
