Since NoMistake Software (NMS) is a digital product and provides an immediate access to the service upon payment, all sales are final. Once the software license is activated or the executable is downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

A refund may only be considered if the User has a technical issue that our support team cannot solve within a reasonable timeframe, and only if the User has provided full cooperation (screenshots, logs, remote access if needed).
